There are few food products that stand the test of time; but sausages are certainly among them and are deeply embedded in our Australian culture. It’s not just the product itself, but what the product represents; from the plain sausage sizzle at primary school to becoming an adult and hosting a social occasion centred around a BBQ in the summer breeze.
Throughout his career, Rob has developed and refined many sausage recipes and while our customers each have their favourites, there is never a standard range to choose from. Rob often experiments with different recipes and styles, so make sure you keep an eye out for the next limited edition and seasonal variety. We are more than willing to take your order for any quantity when you are after a particular flavour and they can all be made in either thick, thin or chipolata sizes.
We are also proud to say that we are one of few in the State who can offer gluten free varieties and gurantee they are all made from natural skins.
With limited demand, we stand by offering preservative and grain free sausages in three flavours on specified days.
