Wholesaler Application Form
Terms and conditions for wholesale accounts are:
Accounts are to be paid in full 7 days from invoice date
Business credit card details can be provided and charged with order dispatch
The applicant agrees that if the account is not paid for by the due date that the account will be placed on hold until payment has been received.
Should it be necessary to pursue payment of the account, the applicant agrees to pay any costs associated in such recovery of debt.
