Tasmanian Fine Food Awards
Every now and then we decide to put ourselves out there for comparison against some of the best produce in Tasmania.
We allow our staff to have input by lettign the team choose what they consider to be our leading products for submission to the annual Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards. This event brings many judges from all over Australia (local and interstate), together to find our country’s best produce!
The Tasmanian Fine Food Awards aim to promote and encourage excellence in the Australian food industry by providing a quality bench-marking system that enables fine food producers to assess the quality of their products against their contemporaries and competitors. We encourage feedback and it is not unusual to see manufacturers approaching these awards as a learning exercise, growing and adjusting each year in an effort to improve and ultimately achieve gold, champion and reserved champion of selected categories.
In 2021 we had all five products entered into the competition receive either gold or silver medal in the smallgoods sub-categories.
